2014

Global project in multinational healthcare company based in Germany to redefine all the end-to-end business processes. Overall scope of project is on the European-Middle East-Latin America regions covering the integration of production-logistics- sales-finance functions in SAP. Definition of strategic business units and process management using Finance and Profit Centre accounting integrated in new general ledger. Profitability Analysis calculated by product, customer and contract. Valuation according to local regulation and to group costing with use of material ledger and parallel accounting. Definition of chart of account and cost element usage in a full SAP integrated CO landscape. Overhead cost allocation with different techniques: from simple percentage to complex activity driven costing; usage of CO Profitability Analysis based on cost elements and integration of service orders with CO. Definition of planning processes profit and loss by market segment and balance sheet by strategic business unit.

2011

Reorganization of Controlling module in SAP on the subsidiary of a multinational company in Spain. Analysis of existing purchase and sales business processes to identify possible improvements. Implementation of changes to correct managing of sales, free of charges, return from customers and inter-company processes in SAP. Change of accounting procedures to define clear checkpoints between logistic and finance value flow. Reorganization of reporting to get transparent view on sales, margin and company results.

2008

Implementation of SAP system in a subsidiary of a multinational company in Russia. Analysis and integration the local chart of account and controlling procedures in the frame of group chart of account and group controlling processes. Setup of controlling area for overhead management and profit centre accounting. Implementation sales and distribution processes into group CO Profitability Analysis. Setup of reporting for local controlling and training on CO modules.

2007

Implementation of SAP in the subsidiary of a multinational company in Czech Republic. Definition of logistic processes, stock management and distribution processes, handling of complexities related cross company replenishment, consignment stock and sales of bundle products. Development of a customized logic for determination of profit centres according to market segments. Controlling of overhead using cost centres and internal orders and definition of reports for local controlling requirements. Setup of CO Profitability Analysis for sales and margin of the subsidiary. Training to the local key users on all implemented CO modules.

Re-implementation of SAP in a subsidiary of a multinational company in Colombia. Finance and controlling setup to automatically generation of group reporting from SAP system. Reorganization of chart of account, profit centres, cost centres and operating concern coordinating these objects with sales and distribution processes. Setup of custom fields to harmonize material master according to CO requirements.

2004

Project in a subsidiary of a multinational corporation in Mexico. Analysis and revision of sales processes to achieve correct integration of Sales and Distribution processes in CO Profitability Analysis. Analysis and revision of Finance and Asset Accounting processes to achieve profitability by customer.

2003

Definition of global sales report for multinational company in Europe and Latin America. Definition of data sources in SAP, setup of automatized procedure to harmonize the different data streams in a coherent sales reporting database. Definition of reporting cockpit for management reporting with solution for currency conversions to one group currency.

2001

Integration of logistics and warehouse processes over the subsidiaries of seven European countries. Development of the procedures and processes cross company where the goods are owned and delivered from a central warehouse to each subsidiary, while invoicing flows are managed by an intermediate trading company. Management of intra-EC VAT reporting, check of stock levels into warehouse and calculation of intercompany transfer prices.

1999

Implementation of CO Profitability Analysis for the valuation of sales margins cross several subsidiaries with calculation of margins valuated according to group consolidation. Setup of planning process in CO Profitability Analysis for sales and margins, to be used in decentralized form by the controller in each subsidiary belonging to one single operating concern.

Local subsidiaries of a company for distribution of pharmaceutical products, definition and implementation of Finance Asset Management in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. Definition of asset classes and depreciation keys, according to local regulation and controlling rules. Migration of asset legacy data. Chart of account and controlling area shared by all the subsidiaries.
